One frustrating observation that I have when I look at my clients’ repair orders is how often dealers claim that they cannot replicate a problem. They say could not duplicate, no problem found, operating as designed. The law doesn’t care that they couldn’t find the problem. Under the law, every repair attempt that you provide the dealership with counts as a repair opportunity. It’s not your fault if they didn’t take advantage of it.
