Do Manufacturers or Dealers Have to Reveal a Vehicle’s Lemon History?

The Lemon Law not only helps you in your case, but it helps make roads safer and communities safer.  If your car is a lemon, once we settle your case, the manufacturer will have to brand the title as a repurchase, as a lemon law buyback, and that will put all future buyers in other states once that vehicle is resold at auction or overseas on notice that this car was defective.
