Can You Pursue a California Lemon Law Claim if Your Vehicle Was Purchased Outside California?

In order to qualify under lemon law, you must have purchased your car in  California. The exception is for active service military. Wherever you purchased your car, if you are living in California at the time you file your claim, you are under the protections of California’s Lemon Law.
