Fiat Chrysler, now Stellantis, is recalling more than 20,000 Jeep and Dodge electric vehicles due to instrument panel clusters failing to display.
Failures of the instrument panel displays in certain 2024–2025 Jeep Wagoneer S and Dodge Charger electric vehicles violate FMVSS No. 108 and FMVSS No. 208, federal motor vehicle safety standards that require certain telltales and indicators to alert drivers of potential vehicle issues.
Without a functional instrument panel cluster, affected drivers may not be able to see BRAKE, ESC and TPMS system warning lights or gear selection indicators.
While FCA dealers have been notified on April 30, 2026, affected drivers will only begin receiving mailed notices on May 21, 2026. However, affected Vehicle Identification Numbers (VINs) will be searchable in NHTSA’s database as soon as April 30, 2026.

FCA IPC Recall History
On March 10, 2026, FCA’s Technical Safety and Regulatory Compliance organization launched an investigation into instrument panel clusters in 2024–2025 Jeep Wagoneer S and Dodge Charger Daytona vehicles.
From the start of the investigation until April 2026, FCA’s TSRC met with the company’s engineering team to understand instrument panel cluster failures and determine which vehicles were affected. By April 2026, the investigation team determined which vehicles experienced the inoperative instrument panel cluster issue.
