Lauren attended Southwestern University School of Law’s two-year SCALE program in Los Angeles, from which she graduated magna cum laude. Before law school, Lauren obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Chapman University, also earning magna cum laude honors.

Lauren’s tireless advocacy on behalf of California consumers has resulted in both trial and settlement victories in some of the most prominent automobile related consumer rights cases of all time, including:
- Ford Motor Company’s sale of Super Duty trucks equipped with the 6.0-liter diesel engine, which Ford conceded had the highest repair rates of any engine in widespread production in the history of the company
- Ford Motor Company’s sale of hundreds of thousands of Ford Focus and Fiesta vehicles with an allegedly defective transmissions
- Various auto manufacturers’ installation of Takata airbags, which they allegedly knew had life threatening defects
- Fiat-Chrysler Automobiles’ sale of thousands of vehicles with allegedly defective power modules, leading to life threatening driving conditions
